Laura Mercier

For this project, our team worked with Laura Mercier to create a customer mailer using E-flute corrugate. Our structural design team crafted a unique dieline that allows the box to open and close like a door on a hinge, secured with a Velcro opening for safety during shipping. The dieline features a clear cutout window made of PETG material, showcasing the products inside.

Additionally, there is a hidden panel behind the products that holds blue LED flashing lights, with circle cutouts in the dieline for the lights to shine through. This design creates a unique and memorable unboxing experience.
