For this project, our team worked with Instax to create a customer mailer using E-flute corrugate. Our structural design team created a unique dieline for this project, which involved assembling three boxes into one piece.

The two side panels open and close like doors on hinges, secured by a ribbon threaded through two cut-out holes. Inside, perforated doors open to reveal the products, which are held securely in place by a custom insert. This design delivers a unique and memorable unboxing experience.
