Ace Valley

For this project, our team worked with Ace Valley to create a standard mailer with an insert using B-flute corrugate. Our structural design team created custom inserts to securely hold the products. These inserts were designed in layers to accommodate the varying depths of the products, ensuring they all aligned at the same height.
